Heat Pump / Air Conditioning
We operate the systems using normal operating controls.
We observe and describe the central heat pump / air conditioning system, including their:
- Energy source
- Equipment type and location
- Drainage installation
We observe and describe in the report the distribution system air
ducts.
Note we are not required to observe or verify:
- The interior of the following elements:
- chimneys
- flues
- dampers
- heating devices or apparatus
- Humidifiers
- Electronic air filters
- The uniformity or adequacy of air supply to each habitable room.
We are is not required to observe movable and/or portable air
conditioning systems.
We are not required to verify the uniformity, adequacy or
appropriateness of air supply to the rooms.
